turns on ps3.
Inserts "Heavenly Sword"
Wait for the game to install itself while making special mug of tea.
Falls for Nariko.
Kick ass.
Faints due to excessive enjoyment.
Same goes for Zani.
But strong enough to hold a nosebleed while playing through "Assassin's Creed".
Yes, Heavenly Sword is definitely what ps3 graphics should be (compared to Oblivion, which I still find unimpressive). The action is kickass, the button's endless, the presentation.
But I think I have to bite my words back for the graphics after watching Assassin's Creed, with the MOST DETAILED GRAPHICS I'VE EVER SEEN FOR A GAME CONSOLE! and that without an HDtv! Awesome..
Here's some vids to satisfy your viewing pleasure. ^_^
Heavenly Sword! HOOHA!
Assassin's creed. The graphics look better in our tv!
PATAPON! and the ps3
1
OH GOD I LOVE YOU PATAPON!
"PATA-PATA-PATA PON!"
2
It's gorgeous, it's cute, it's beautiful!
And it's for girls? Give me a break.
Dad sent an sms from Singapore, telling me that the Trauma Center DS game is available.. but bought ps3 games!
Oh, wait. I forgot to mention we got a PS3?! Came as a surprise though..
Our first games are..
Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion (Told this to Bubu. Replied with a 'hate' look then said "I'm so gonna kill you"..)
And this one came from with the console..
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. (Sure, we have the ps2 version, and the game doesn't change.)
Dad said he bought Assassin's Creed (and Zani went OH MY GOD!) and Heavenly Sword. I feel that only this game will start my usage of the ps3. Oblivion was nice, but it wasn't my kind of game. I wanna start with something 'visually amazing' and something 'action packed'.
Like my first ps2 game, and my favourite of them all: Gungrave.
Like Heavenly Sword, it's graphics were top notch (the cell shading was amazingly new to me) and the action was over the top! (The best gun action game I played in my life) and both games have the same flaw.. it's short.
I finished Gungrave in 3 days.
Heavenly sword ends for only 6-7 hours. Which would roughly take me 3 days as well.
I know this for a fact, but I want a game that impresses me. So I have Heavenly Sword as the best choice for me.
Maybe after that I'll buy Call of Duty 4 or The Darkness.
But not until I buy PATAPON!

In five days, this anticipated movie had released waves of curiousity. Once it's released, we will know what horrifying thing terrorizes New York city.
Driving Lesson Day 3
Posted by
Ziggy
I got a substitute instructor today. Taught me some essential stuff I missed.
3 things to know:
How to stop (clutch & break)
How to slow down (break)
How to go (the whole gear system, and the gas)
So here I learn more about the car I drive, some techniques worth learning, and my first time driving in the highway.
Got to 50-60kmh too.
Then he told me that the most important is not to get nervous or else I ruin the driving system.
God, I wanna try that again!

Driving Lesson Day 2
From the parking lot to the road.
Woah.
My first time in real scenario, and I just learned to use the manual yesterday!
Either the instructor wants to speed up, or I'm really good.
hahaha.
Anyway, this is when I had most of my fun. Going to gear 4 made me wanna like race it out, you know? I wondered how does gear 5 go?
I also got to 30-40kmh, kinda slow but it's good enough.
My feet still hurt though...

Driving Lesson Day 1
My first time with a manual.
I find myself trying to work out the clutch and at the same time estimating my turns as I drove in circles.
But it was fun. The teacher started these coversations so as to keep me calm.
Of course, until 2 more drivers entered the area.
Then I accidently moved to gear 5, resulting in violent shaking.
I kept releasing the clutch quickly, leading to abrupt stops.
Hey, it was still fun. Couldn't speed up in gear 3 though..

Paper Cup Eyes
I said to Zaty, "If you are bored, there are still a lot of fun stuff to do with what's around you."
I took two paper cups, stapled them together and drew dots on them.
Voila! Paper Cup Eyes.
This, in the end, became a campaign to blog.
So everyone, take a look, make a guess who they are, and see if you're in it!
Enjoy!
AQ's pic got corrupted. Sorry dude, had to be omitted.
Someone asked why am I doing this?
Dunno, maybe for fun? To find out how many people I know? Because I'm wacky?
I answered, "Maybe because I can show anakbrunei.com or ranoadidas.com what a badass I can be when taking photographs!
Chow people!

Never be Emo again
You know how some feel left out then later they feel loveless.
Saw a friend cry today. You could tell the way she teared away that she felt lonely.
I admit, I once felt that way. Looking my friends go out without me, spend parties without me, have fun without me, then looking at myself from a different perspective, it's all mere jealousy.
Because I didn't take time to notice that there are people who still like me. I read blogs, look at pictures as I envy on how things are fun without me.
I look at my friendster, and I only see pictures of myself.
I read my blogs, and there are only my problems.
All I felt good about is the number of friends in friendster.
I knew that wasn't the case. I was being selfish all this time.
So I made my new year resolution early
Care for others, appreaciate everything I have between them.
Never be emo again.
Also, if you think a relationship with someone will save you, think again.
Look around you, and you might realise that everyone likes you.

Dzafiran
Got this in Ranoadidas.com.
Who'd thought it would be Dzafiran, our old buddy from SMJA?
I was minding my own business when suddenly Zani bursts out of the computer room and screamed, "ZI!!! TAKE A LOOK AT THIS!"
And to my horror, I screamed too.
Looking at his picture, I couldn't tell if it was amazement or disappointment.
I mean like if I had my chance to join, I would have been against this dude.
I mean, the same dude that Zani and I bullied once!
Like WOW, it's a small world after all!
This April, I'm gonna work hard and practice for the next GH3 tournament. I'm gonna break bones.
Gonna practise now!
Happy Birthday Dan, Nabz, Cherry, and Wann . From Wetzone

Happy New Year
I didn't get to post this at midnight (due to a scrumptious bbq at my grandma's.. yum). Happy New Year everybody.
In the Philippines, there's this belief that what you do in the the beginning of the year is what you'll be doing the rest of the year.
I hope it is not too late to make new year resolutions.
I'm hoping I can have the strength to do well in school again.
And have new friends and socialise.
To do well in Rugby better and play Basketball for practise.
Learn to drive in time to drive my sister home once she comes back from Japan.
Atleast to find out the real meaning of true love.
To participate more on other occasions (like the BCG tournament coming up ^_^)
Able to work for my own needs, so I'm hoping to do journalism.
To be a better friends, and learn to appreaciate things without being selfish.
and some more..
Maybe I'll get myself a bicycle sometime.
2007 is an eventful year.
There are so many things to think about:
My first year in Form 6.
The day I turned eighteen.
My cousin's wedding.
Our first venture to learning to drive.
Learning to appreciate the importance of being a friend.
All the fun I've been having outside my house.
When I began to play Rugby and unleashed a more powerful self in me.
Learn to play sports like football and basketball again.
Keeping fit.
My first cousin's engagement. I realised time went so fast.
The family BBQ.
So many memories to keep.
So I'll be expecting alot this year.
As a final word to start the year:
