Sixers Win

YES!

It seemed quite unbelieveable. Our second win during our time in Rugby, add that to the miracalous defense I've seen today from our newbies.

The game was hectic and the balance was almost equal, except both Stinger and Sixer alike seem like beginners.

Then came T-Rex in an amazing display of crashing gave the Sixers their first try.

With a score of
14-12
This will be the landmark of our glorious campaign against the rest of the teams.

F%^& Yeah!

After the game, where everyone gets their photo opportunity!

Saffuan, man of the match!

D'Cyntas, our lead cheerleaders (including those weirdo dudes at the back)

Slim embracing victory..

Aneq in his grr.. mode.

Azmi, Qawiem and Andy in their first battle today!

Our new Winger!

Shuif, burns my eyes, argh!

My fave prop brother Rawi.

Azizi our cool Fullback and Hafiz.

And our latest news: We will have the legendary "Big" Ben Bourne to coach for us. What will be in store for the next game after this!

Sixers vs Stingers

Thursday, February 14, 2008
The Sixers debut will be tomorrow on Friday, 15 Feb.

Kick-off will be on 3.45pm

Sixers, let's start our campaign with a bang!

Ladies and gentlemen, this might also be the first time the SIXERS uniform will be revealed. GOOD LUCK SIXERS, TONIGHT WE DINE IN HELL!!

Helter Skelter

Tuesday, February 12, 2008
The song uses a roller coaster ride as its imagery, which fits its wild and fast tune. I like the way the guitar endlessly riffs up and the bass and drum just bang it.

When I get to the bottom I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and I turn and I go for a ride
Till I get to the bottom and I see you again.

Do you, don't you want me to love you
I'm coming down fast but I'm miles above you
Tell me tell me tell me come on tell me the answer
You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer.

Helter skelter helter skelter
Helter skelter.

Will you, won't you want me to make you
I'm coming down fast but don't let me break you
Tell me tell me tell me the answer
You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer.

Look out helter skelter helter skelter
Helter skelter

Look out, cause here she comes.

When I get to the bottom I go back to the top of the slide
And I stop and I turn and I go for a ride
And I get to the bottom and I see you again

Well do you, don't you want me to make you
I'm coming down fast but don't let me break you
Tell me tell me tell me the answer
You may be a lover but you ain't no dancer.

Look out helter skelter helter skelter
Helter skelter
Look out helter skelter
She's coming down fast
Yes she is
Yes she is.

Like Anarchy in the UK, this song keeps my blood boiling!

The Heaviest Song ever made

Monday, February 11, 2008
A great musician once heard about the loudest, rawest, heaviest, dirtiest song ever made. This song is "I can see for miles" by The Who.

Although he never listened the song to begin with, the musician attempted to create a song a much heavier song as loud and dirty as possible.

As a result he created a song beyond heavy, beyond loud, beyond wild, beyond raw, beyond dirty. It was truly the heaviest song ever made.

This musician is Paul McCartney
His song? Helter Skelter

The King of Bridges

Wednesday, February 6, 2008
Got praised in today's training for my rucks. Looks like I'm still the best in bridges(a technique where you prevent the opposition from getting the ball in a ruck), looks like I'll be teaching some more of them next Friday!

We are officially called the PTEB Sixers.
Our debut as the first to carry the name will be this Friday, where we will participate in the Under 18 tournament (meaning, against secondary school students).

Next training with Mr Hans will be on Thursday. Then the next day will be game day.

Funny thing is, Mr Stuart will have to choose between Rimba in the morning, or JIS in the afternoon.
What's so funny about it? Obviously I know most of the players in the Rimba Rugby team, and Ash in JIS. Both teams I have to prove that I am what everyone tells me: The best under18 loosehead prop. This is going to be exciting!

Another batch of newbies! Fauzan, Syukri, and Hafiz.
Rugby is becoming more popular in our school!

Our rugby jerseys are coming. Mr Stuart told us of our maroon jerseys with our official logo.

For $55, I can own my own jersey with my number and name on it. Coolness!

currently listening to Brimful of Asha - Cornershop

Very lighthearted. I was listening to it on the computer after a hard day of Rugby training. With a mug of tea in hand, this song is relaxing to listen to.
I like that catchy part, "Everybody needs a bosom for a pillow, everybody needs a bosom"

1
I've been to listening to alot of Beatles and Paramore.
The Beatles are so revolutionary. Lucy in the Sky in the Diamonds, Hey Jude, Revolution, With a lil help from my friends.. I started listening to them after watching "Across the Universe".

A beautiful musical. Everyone check it out, watch it with your significant other, whoever. I'll be writing the review for the next Equinox issue, be sure to check it out soon!

For Paramore, however, I still find 'Crushcrushcrush' really catchy. Hayley Williams really capture the punk rocker image in her voice!
Then 'Hallelujah' and 'That's what you get'.

Note: Gotta buy cd!

Today we trained with Mr Hans, our coach. Still a badass.
With some unmerciful punishments and some renewed lessons, and at the same time teaching the newbies.

Dan
Shuif
Azmi
Qawiem
Aneq
Andy
Azizi

They must be going "This is what they've been doin? Crazy!"
True, the field was rocky and the training was tiring. I even accidently opened up an old scar from last year.
Crazy? This is RUGBY!

T-Rex, yes I'll pray for you on whatever you are trying to achieve. Hope you succeed!

3

The start of the year was rocky, but everyone seem to keep holding on. Some new things I've seen.

With the new intake for this year coming in this month, we'll be seeing some new friends, some old friends, the future is bright.

Time to work hard for the A levels!

GRAPHICS!!!

1
turns on ps3.
Inserts "Heavenly Sword"
Wait for the game to install itself while making special mug of tea.
Falls for Nariko.
Kick ass.
Faints due to excessive enjoyment.

Same goes for Zani.
But strong enough to hold a nosebleed while playing through "Assassin's Creed".

Yes, Heavenly Sword is definitely what ps3 graphics should be (compared to Oblivion, which I still find unimpressive). The action is kickass, the button's endless, the presentation.
But I think I have to bite my words back for the graphics after watching Assassin's Creed, with the MOST DETAILED GRAPHICS I'VE EVER SEEN FOR A GAME CONSOLE! and that without an HDtv! Awesome..

Here's some vids to satisfy your viewing pleasure. ^_^

Heavenly Sword! HOOHA!

Assassin's creed. The graphics look better in our tv!
