Went weight lifting while waiting for Zani in school. Hadi, my Rugby team-mate became my trainer.
My shoulders are now sore.
Did some jogging today, the weather was cloudy and rained during the last 5 mins of my jogging. Good weather for aggressive Rugby.
I hope that's the condition for the final U20 selection tomorrow.
I asked all of my team-mates to join, with promise to play as hard as you can.
I'll do my best, and I will keep going until I my body breaks.
